Shipping Information
We currently ship only within Switzerland.
All orders are sent via Swiss Post and include the "Fragile" value-added service for added protection. Shipping rates are based on the total value of your order:

Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, please contact us first — all returns must be pre-authorized. Returned items must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include the original “first quality” sticker
- Be packed securely using the original or equivalent protective packaging
- Be insured for the full value of the item
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs, unless the item is defective). Please note that shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
🖐 Polish stoneware is handmade — slight variations are natural and part of its charm. We carefully select only the finest pieces for you.
Transport Damage
All parcels are insured and carefully packaged. If your item arrives damaged:
- Report the damage to Swiss Post immediately
- Keep the original packaging and damaged items
- Submit a damage report to the post office — this is required for a refund or replacement
- Please notify us so that we are aware of the issue
Order Processing Times
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7–10 days for processing and dispatch, especially during peak periods.
