What is a special order?

As a recognised distributor of the Ceramika Artystyczna factory, we place orders twice a year for delivery in spring and fall. During this time, we are more than happy to take special orders from customers who wish to order a specific shape in a specific pattern. Learn more about Special Orders and how to place them.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock Items
Delivery can be expected in approximately 7-10 days after placing an order.

Special Orders
After placing a special order with us for an item we do not stock, delivery times could take 4-6 months.

Can I use the pottery in the oven?

Each piece of our pottery is oven, microwave and dishwasher-safe. Ceramika Artystyczna pottery is TÜV-certified for quality and is lead and cadmium-free. Double-glazing, makes it especially sturdy and very easy to clean. However, as with any stoneware product, our pottery should not be taken directly from the cold and placed in the oven. Does the pottery chip easily?

Polish Pottery is extremely durable with most of our customers using mugs and plates daily, for 5, 10 or 15 years without any chipping. The colors remain vibrant and often become favourites in the household.

Do you ship outside of Switzerland

At this time, orders placed on our website can only be sent to an address in Switzerland. However, if you have a special request, please contact us directly for more information.

How should I take care of the pottery?

Due to the durable glazing technique used on the pottery, it is very easy to clean. Learn more about caring for your pottery.

Do you sell items wholesale?
